All of our therapists are Registered Massage Therapists (RMTs), and are subject to the training and competency requirements of the College of Massage Therapists of  Ontario. Our RMTs do what they love most: helping you work through any pain, injury, stress or other condition to help you relax, release tension, and achieve your rehab and wellness goals. Our therapists always go above and beyond to give you a tailor-made treatment to best suit your needs.

Chiropractic

 

Suffering from aches, pains or strains? Our Chiropractors have specialized training to get to the root of your problem. They will provide an individualized treatment plan to relieve pain and restore normal function. This could take the form of soft tissue therapy, mobilizations, manipulations, or exercises.

Pelvic Health Physiotherapy

 

A Physiotherapist with specialized training in pelvic health can be successful treating individuals with incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse, pelvic girdle pain, as well as pre and post natal symptoms. Pelvic health applies to women, men, and children. A thorough examination often includes both an external and internal assessment. This allows the Physiotherapist to properly evaluate all potential factors contributing to the dysfunction, and develop an appropriate plan of care to address your individualize goals effectively.

Peter Laidlaw
Peter is a dedicated and friendly
Physiotherapist who strives to help clients achieve functional goals through effective diagnosis, and comprehensive treatment plans. Peter has experience treating a wide variety of patients, allowing him to assess patients of all ages and activity levels. Using the latest research, Peter strives to provide the highest quality of care for clients to get well and stay well. Peter’s clinical interests include shoulder pain, neck pain, low back pain, brain injury, chronic conditions, and vestibular dysfunction.

Ingrid
Ingrid completed her Bachelor of
Fysiotherapy in the Netherlands and graduated in 1991 and has passed the Canadian Physiotherapy Competency Exam in 2018.  She has worked in private clinics and rehabilitation clinics in Switzerland and Germany and has a love for sports, especially swimming and ice hockey.  In 1992 she became the physiotherapist of the Dutch National Women’s Ice Hockey of the Netherlands and worked with Men’s First Division Ice Hockey teams of Rotterdam and Dordrecht.

Krina
Krina graduated in 2015 with a Bachelor
of Physiotherapy (BPT). She is passionate about rehabilitation, and prides herself on being an approachable Physiotherapist who creates an enjoyable environment for clients. She has extensive knowledge and experience in treating a wide range of injuries in the areas of: Musculoskeletal, Neurological, and Cardiopulmonary conditions. With three years of professional experience as a Physiotherapist at a renowned Orthopedic Hospital in India, she has managed numerous post-operative cases, particularly those involving the knee, hip, and shoulder.

Urmiben
Urmi Shiroya is a passionate and
empathetic resident physiotherapist who strongly believes in patient-centered care. She listens attentively to her patient’s concerns and works collaboratively with them to achieve their rehabilitation goals through effective, personalized treatment approaches. Having completed her Bachelor of Physiotherapy in 2020, Urmi gained diverse experience through a rotatory internship in renowned clinics and hospitals, followed by hands-on work as a clinical physiotherapist treating orthopedic, neurological, sports, and cardiovascular conditions.

nena
Nena completed a Bachelor of
Kinesiology degree at the University of Waterloo in 2018, in addition to a Master of Physical Therapy degree at Western University in London, ON in 2021. Operating in outpatient clinics since 2014, Nena is quite knowledgeable and capable of providing advanced therapeutic treatments. Nena has completed her additional training in Pelvic Health with a focus on Incontinence.  Nena is driven by the power of motivation and empowers her patients to take charge of their own lives and believes that “what doesn’t challenge you, doesn’t change you”.

Dr. Fera is a graduate of Parker
University in Dallas, Texas and has been a licensed chiropractor since 1999. He maintains a certification in Active Release Technique and continues ongoing education in several diverse areas of clinical practice. He treats a wide variety of conditions. He volunteers his time with several organizations such as the Ontario Chiropractic Association and enjoys living an active lifestyle.
Mohammad
Having been in the healthcare
profession for over 20 years, Mohammad is in his element when it comes to patient care.

 

Before his career in osteopathy, he completed a bachelor of Nursing Science at The University of Jordan in 2002. Being interested in health from a young age, combined with a passion for helping others, Mohammad knew there was more he could do for his patients. That led him to discover the inherent ability of Osteopathy to optimize and improve his patient’s quality of life.

June
Growing up in Vietnam, June spent the
first few years of her life shadowing her father in an oriental healthcare clinic, where she was exposed to Vietnamese traditional herbs (thuốc nam), acupuncture, and other Oriental healing modalities.

 

June graduated from the University of Toronto with a Bachelor of Arts, focusing on cultural anthropology and human behavior psychology. During her undergraduate studies, she also earned a diploma in Aesthetics and Electrolysis and later served as the Director of Esthetics at the college for over three years. Now, she is a proud graduate of the Acupuncture and TCMP program.

Karolina
Karolina Kuzyk is a Massage Therapist
practicing in Guelph, ON. She graduated from Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy in 2018 with an RMT diploma. She has a wide scope of clinical experience, which includes working in hospital, clinic, and athletic settings. Karolina has studied a variety of techniques, approaches and modalities giving her a thorough understanding of the human body. During treatment, Karolina incorporates therapeutic techniques such as Swedish massage, myofascial release, trigger point therapy. She takes great care to educate her clients about proper posture, pain control, and long term management; giving advice about health and wellness.

With a long history of gymnastics and
aerial silks, I’ve discovered a deep sense of body awareness and injury prevention. Progressing through my Kinesiology degree has provided me with the scientific knowledge around ergonomics and movement, bringing me to the next level as a Massage Therapist.

Janel is a Registered Massage Therapist
who graduated with Honours from Mohawk College. She specializes in Musculoskeletal injuries including tennis elbow, rotator cuff injuries as well as lower back and knee pain. Janel has extensive experience having graduated from Georgian College for the OTA/PTA program in 2016. She has 7 years of experience in Physiotherapy and is now united with Massage Therapy. She is well equipped with a wide range of tools to execute the most effective treatment plans for her clients. Janel is also trained in Cupping, Taping and General Swedish Massage Techniques including Fascial release therapy. Janel gets immense gratification watching her clients progress and recover.
Jason
RJ is an experienced Massage Therapist
who is dedicated to improving the well being of patients in a professional and friendly manner. Graduating from Trillium/Oxford college in Burlington, he has over eight years of progressive experience administering high quality massage therapy.

RJ specializes in Swedish Deep Tissue with a mix of Thai massage, prenatal, trigger point therapy and sports massage. His treatments are centred around the wellbeing of his patients.

Cara
Cara Mace has been service Guelph as a
Massage Therapist since 2012.  She graduated as Valedictorian from the Canadian College of Massage Therapy in 2012, with a clinical focus in Pregnancy, Hospice care, and Jaw dysfunction.  Since graduating Cara has taken many specialized courses in cranial and cervical spine work, specialized assessments, myofascial release, and lumbosacral pelvic mobilizations at the Canadian Academy of Osteopathy.

Kayla
Kayla’s journey began as a student
where she studied at Conestoga College as a Personal Support Worker (PSW).This firsthand experience in patient care has given her a deep understanding of the challenges and demands faced by healthcare professionals and patients alike. As a Clinic Supervisor, she plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the healthcare facility. She is committed to making a positive impact on the lives of patients and empowering their healthcare team to deliver exceptional services. Her ultimate goal is to create a clinic environment that promotes healing, compassion, and the highest standards of care for every patient they serve.  Outside of work Kayla enjoys reading, journalling, yoga, hiking, and going on an adventure.

Olivia is studying at the University of
Guelph, working towards her Honours Bachelor of Science degree in Molecular Biology and Genetics. Throughout her experience working in customer service and administrative roles, Olivia has found a passion for delivering the best support possible to clients. Olivia hopes to pursue a career in the healthcare field one day to help others and make a difference. In her spare time, she enjoys trying new workout classes, spending time with her friends and family, and reading.

Martina is in her 4th year at the
University of Guelph completing her degree in Biological Science with a minor in Nutrition. She is passionate about healthcare and prides herself on being a “ray of sunshine” for patients. Martina’s hobbies include basketball, which she played rep for 8 years, and being in nature either hiking or at the cottage with her family.

in April 2023. Meet is a dedicated and compassionate chiropractic assistant, and he is committed to providing exceptional support and care to patients and their families. Meet’s extensive background in healthcare and strong organizational skills enable him to efficiently manage the administrative aspects of patient care while ensuring a seamless and empathetic patient experience. Meet strives to be a reliable point of contact, guiding patients through their healthcare journey, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to optimize treatment outcomes.

Tian graduated from the Occupational
Therapy Assistant and Physiotherapy Assistant program with honors at Georgian College. Before the OTA & PTA program, she completed the Fitness & Health Promotion program at Conestoga College. Throughout her education, she gained clinical fieldwork experience working at a sports clinic, a spinal cord recovery clinic, and long-term care facilities.

Tian focuses on empowering patients and providing care such as exercise and manual therapy to help accomplish their goals. As a past competitive athlete and coach, she understands the importance of rehabilitation and the steps stones that are required.

Outside the clinic, Tian enjoys activities such as rock climbing, hiking, lifting, playing tennis, and spending time with friends and family.
